1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TripVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TripVault is a shared photo vault application for travel groups. It allows users to upload, store, and share photos with other members of a trip.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use TripVault. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to TripVault ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant TripVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share your content with other members of your trip as directed by you.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Privacy

Your use of TripVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or content; (d) reverse engineer or tamper with the App.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your uploaded photos and personal data are permanently removed from our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TripVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
